Southern NH Home Builders and Remodelers Association meets on the first Wednesday of the month. It is our goal to provide our members with networking opportunities as well as an educational piece each month.
Many meetings are held at the offices, showrooms, facilities and workplaces of our members, providing them the opportunity to “showcase” their operation and staff.
We hold 3 major fundraising events each year, a Silent Auction-December, Pinkerton Trades Night-April and the Annual Golf Tournament in May.

Join us as we welcome our special guest Bruce Bennett, Principal at GDS Associates, Inc. his discussion will include:
• Blower Door Testing: Passing and Failing
• Common Air Sealing Misses
• Ventilation Strategies: to ERV or not-to-ERV
• Continuous Insulation Strategies (Climate Zone 6)
• 2021 – A day in the life in Durham.
Coffee and pastries will be available.

About the presenter: Bruce Bennett is a Principal with GDS Associates, as well as Manager of the Building Energy Services Department in their Manchester NH location. Bruce joined GDS Associates as an Analyst in December, 2000 and is based in the firm’s northeast regional office located in Manchester, New Hampshire. In addition to his experiences with GDS he has seven years of experience in regional planning and analysis, and project management.
